Looking at changing the website

I have made 3 new websites this morning (since the servers are down) and so far I like this one the best

I put the most work in to the first one because I like it the best. You will notice there are 2 forum sections because I am thinking of using the forums on guild launch instead of this one (no banners and centralized administration)

Oh and the new one will resolve to www.srdiv.com just not changing the pointers on it till we decide.

1st one shows up very weird for me. I'm not sure if something is wrong or if it's my company blocking stuff, but it looks terrible and unusable to me (from work).

2nd isn't bad, think I could like it. 3rd I don't like. I'll try the 1st one again from home later, but if I can't see it from work then boooooooooooooooooo.

I like the first one as well, the other two look a bit generic. Nice work Jas

BTW I already cast my vote but to make it public, I'm voting on the first one.

We have IE 7 at work... can't do anything about that. At home I am current, no probs.... It shows up with the text the same color as teh background so I can't read anything.

I will be doing more work on it this weekend, I just noticed at work that the banner I made is really only for 1900x1280 resolution. I can also play with the fonts/colors to see if it maybe a bad theme. It does work on IE7, Chrome, and FF for me. Again though I will be changing some more stuff around. This isn't the final choice yet but so far the front runner.

Porky - Did you ever get it working at work? I am thinking of flipping the website to the new one but would suck if you couldn't get to it. If nothing else we could just leave these forums up and not use the new websites forums so you could still get to this part at work

I just tried it again. It still doesn't work. I mean, it comes up, but the background is black, and the text is all black, and it's not the same format as when it works properly from home. If I click and drag and highlight text, then I can see it. So bizarre....

Strange will bookmark the forum page at work at least. Is it going to be a pain in the arse if I put the new site live?

Also - could everyone apply to the new guild website? Put your toon info in there and all that jazz? I can update a few things once I get some ppl registered on there. I will take care of adjusting levels on the website every so often since it needs to be manually done.

The new site has been up for a few weeks now. Would love it if everyone could please apply and post their toons on there. You can put as many toons as you have or just one. Doesn't matter to me.

Keep in mind the forums and the website are 2 separate items so you need to sign up to both. I didn't want to get rid of all the stuff we had in this one. Plus if we change websites again this forum can stay with us.
